Hiring youth program coordinator
Sitka Trail Works is recruiting a Youth Development Coordinator for the 2026 season!
You’ll lead spring and summer programs that connect youth (ages 8-18) to the land through outdoor and emotional skills building.
Pay: $21–$27/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Part-time (Feb–May) transitioning to Full-time (June–Sept)

Hiring 2026 Trail Crew
Sitka Trail Works is seeking dedicated individuals for our 2026 Summer Trail Crew. Trail Crew members will tackle maintenance needs in Sitka and beyond. Starting pay: $24-32/hour depending on experience.
Schedule: Full-time (May–Sept)
